My name is (႕႕႕႕႕) and I am 26 years old. I am married for 3 years and no child yet. I would like to ask you about some pigmented spots on my female genital region. (ကန္ေတာ့ေနာ္ Sayar) Last year, some pimples like acne on my vulva and I tried to squeeze when they ripe. At that time I noticed one black spot on top inside of left vulva which is as little as 3mm, oval shape more like a black slit, painless, no itchiness and no bleeding. At first I think I was vein but it is not. I showed this one to my family doctor while taking pap smear and she said that it is pigmentation and nothing need to do. After that, I noticed one another light brown spot on right middle of vulva which is also flat, 3-4 mm, no pain and no itchiness. And now I noticed one another brown mark on right to inner crease of thigh. Now, I am worried about these black and brown marks and please give advice to me. What are these possible? Any dangerous? And what should I do?
Then you don't needs to feel sorry, I assume (1) One doctor has seen it and (2) it is not like cancer or any of sexually transmitted diseases
It can be a benign pigmentation But it may spread It may become larger But it is just fine.
I also don't not think you need medication There are creams or lotions for pigmentation But the skin around is thin, soft and sensitive So all medicines must be careful You do need cosmetic reason either, I think
Maybe a skin specialist who is a female can be helpful.

I here would like to ask you some of the doubts that continuously disturbing and annoying me. I am really getting repent for dealing with sex worker recklessly and feeling guilty complex for doing so. Please kindly explain me about the percentage of getting infected by HIV diseases when it comes to do as the following stupid things,
1) Let me know the percentage or risk of getting infected by HIV when kisses mouth-to-mouth. Because after the sex worker suddenly sucked my lips (Apologies for rudeness), I noticed resentfully that my lips got some blisters and open wounds. Also, my lips were getting wet by some of her saliva. I hope there was not blood from her mouth.
2) Also, kindly tell me know what is the risk of getting infected by HIV if sucking to the sex worker's nipples? Apologies for rudeness and really repent for my stupidity. There was no fluid coming from her nipples.
3) Thirdly, I removed the stained condom with hand holding small piece of tissue. Apologies for rudeness! And my fingers got some small open wounds getting from trimming nails. And my fingers may expose with sex worker's fluid. But I washed my hands with water after a few minutes. Are there any risks of getting infected by HIV?
1) A: The research is still going on. The Q and A will tell us different numbers from very rarely to nil. But not only blood but saliva may have virus. Again the chance is very slim. The percentage can vary.
2) A: Breast milk has virus. Licking the nipple of non-breast feeding women cannot infect because it cannot produce milk.
3) A: Theoretically yes. But the chance is extremely thin. So far I don't see any report of such.

I here would like to ask you some of the doubts that continuously disturbing and annoying me. I am really getting repent for dealing with sex worker recklessly and feeling guilty complex for doing so. Please kindly explain me about the percentage of getting infected by HIV diseases when it comes to do as the following stupid things,
1) Let me know the percentage or risk of getting infected by HIV when kisses mouth-to-mouth. Because after the sex worker suddenly sucked my lips (Apologies for rudeness), I noticed resentfully that my lips got some blisters and open wounds. Also, my lips were getting wet by some of her saliva. I hope there was not blood from her mouth.
2) Also, kindly tell me know what is the risk of getting infected by HIV if sucking to the sex worker's nipples? Apologies for rudeness and really repent for my stupidity. There was no fluid coming from her nipples.
3) Thirdly, I removed the stained condom with hand holding small piece of tissue. Apologies for rudeness! And my fingers got some small open wounds getting from trimming nails. And my fingers may expose with sex worker's fluid. But I washed my hands with water after a few minutes. Are there any risks of getting infected by HIV?
1) A: The research is still going on. The Q and A will tell us different numbers from very rarely to nil. But not only blood but saliva may have virus. Again the chance is very slim. The percentage can vary.
2) A: Breast milk has virus. Licking the nipple of non-breast feeding women cannot infect because it cannot produce milk.
3) A: Theoretically yes. But the chance is extremely thin. So far I don't see any report of such.
